Through leadership coaching we got under the bonnet of the client’s planning skills and really helped him look objectively at the culture he was creating in his management team. We got down to the nuts and bolts of where his time was spent, but most importantly why, while working through ways to empower his team so he had the time and headspace to focus on the big projects that would really have an impact.
