Sinead is head honcho and founder of Marmalade. With over 25 years experience of leading people. She has worked with global brands, start-ups and SME’s to develop their Leaders to get the best out of people. Sinead is known for her straight-talking, informal style and really challenging people to dig deep and get out of their own way.
As well as inspiring people through training delivery and 121 coaching, Sinead designs the marmalade content, from talent programmes to Leadership development & team facilitation. Sinead brings the creative flair, the real-work scenario’s and the blend of both learning something new & learning something about yourself.
When she’s not coaching, or key note speaking she can be found in Galway visiting family, Glastonbury listening to live music or Greater Manchester where she lives.

Is from Bolton, so he talks funny, but notwithstanding that he has years of facilitation experience on sales, service & management programmes with rave reviews. His energy and enthusiasm and wicked personality mean that people LOVE him instantly.
Mike creates the learning environment that everyone in your business will run to. His corporate career was in finance and travel and as an ex operational manager himself he brings a wealth of experience to his programmes.

Is our design and all things technical wizard. From eye catching graphics to in house videos that capture the heart, soul and personalities of your team members. Paul takes care of the wrap around our learning programmes.
Paul is a communications specialist so knows how to get a group of people excited about learning. He’s appeared on tv himself a couple of times (ask him about it).
Like all the marmalade team he’s witty, technically gifted and charming. When he’s not creating he can be found in the studio singing or in Spain sunning himself.
