Our Leadership programme had the added task of integrating leadership teams to work together cohesively at the same time as developing their change leadership skills.
There was no time to let the dust settle here, we started our Leadership & coaching programme slap bang in the middle of big changes, and we saw amazing results.
Helping leaders navigate huge cultural change requires a cocktail of developing skills, emotional support & team integration. We delivered a leadership programme which was founded on Emotional Intelligence to allow the leaders to understand both how they were processing the change and the opportunity to learn how others ticked, and processed change.
We integrated coaching throughout the programme so that individuals could work through their own challenges with an experienced coach. We took every opportunity to integrate the groups of leaders to work together to develop a vision of leadership for the future.
…I really liked the layout of the sessions and working with fellow members of the Senior Leadership Team. The group activities and discussions were great to understand differences in the company and get to know more about how other people think and work and what they consider their weaknesses and strengths to be. It was really beneficial to have these throughout and then feedback sessions with Sineads input to give context to why people feel are the way they are and examples on how to improve/ change
