We created an amazing, life-changing, belief building programme, we focussed on the whole person not just their sales figures and some amazing things happened.

Not least of all £7 million more in sales, 8% increase in conversion & 1% increase in margin & a huge increase in colleague engagement! As well as a host of life-changing stuff (promotions, marathons, career changes, divorces, increased fitness, weight loss, new hobbies)

What we did

We created a development journey which worked on the individuals self belief, confidence and career, sales & personal goals. Supported with a journal, exercises to undertake in between sessions, accountability partners to keep each other on track and video vlogs to enhance the learning.

Once we had everyone in a positive, empowered mindset, we then honed and focussed sales skills to ensure that conversations opened opportunities with customers.

…This was an exceptional course, it’s rare to have something so valuable and offering you so many transferable and life skills that takes place like this. Everything was done with a real sense of fun as well - although we got down to the work when needed. It was a great year, Jen was a superstar and I know she’s missed by us all already 🙁
