The Amplify Programme worked hand in hand with internal subject matter specialists and The Board to create a development & mentoring programme where groups from across the business worked on solutions to real business issues whilst developing themselves.

…The programme gave me the confidence to progress into a much senior role. Motivation to lead and get the best out of myself and my team. Building better relationships around the business for improved collaboration. Increased my productivity (although overcoming my perfectionism is still work in progress!)
